Create file /etc/systemd/system/voipmonitor.service (use correct option mariadb or mysqld service in After option based on what are you using - suggested is mysql 5.7 )

Installation procedure (If you already installed mysql 5.7 don't install mariadb!)

yum -y install wget httpd wireshark php php-gd php-mysql php-mbstring mtr php-process librsvg2 librsvg2-tools urw-fonts mariadb-server mariadb

systemctl start httpd.service
systemctl enable httpd.service
systemctl start mariadb.service
systemctl enable mariadb.service

Now go to http://yourserver/ and finish the installation (you need the key from [1]
